Travel 2.0: Leading carrot or the whip?
. 2.0 Tourism, Marketing and Business, 04/03/2010. Last Sunday @ jaime123s proposed to treat me in Twitter the issue of people management trust, which gave me the idea for this post. The dilemma is whether it works better manage or lead people through the carrot or through the whip, or what it is like, can be managed through the trust?
