AAVV2: Only 34% of U.S. agencies made a profit in 2009
. Tour Operators and AA.VV., 06/03/2010. According to the results of a survey by the American Association of Travel Agents (ASTA, for short) between its associates, little more than a third, 34% made a profit last year, representing a fall 5% over 2008.
