AAVV2: The Bolkestein is here
. Tour Operators and AA.VV., 04/01/2010. On December 28 the deadline for the regional governments to transpose the European directive on services (known as the Bolkestein). One of the most affected is the travel agency. The most important is that it has disappeared title-license requirement to open an agency, while maintaining the collateral and exclusivity in packages.
